These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and ph2828 ("ph2828," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph2828 online gaming platform, accessible at ph2828.org, including all associated games, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3.1 Account Creation

3.2 One Account Policy

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits to your ph2828 account must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph2828 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or network conditions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph2828's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph2828 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

ph2828 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, force majeure events (including natural disasters, typhoons affecting the Philippines, governmental actions, and major network failures) may periodically affect Platform availability. ph2828 shall not be liable for losses arising from any such interruption.

ph2828 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable Philippine law.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a verification request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute filed against ph2828 by the player with their payment provider.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements mandating account closure.

Upon account closure for any reason other than regulatory mandated forfeiture, ph2828 will process a withdrawal of any verified remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds under compliance review) to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph2828 arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph2828 support via the live chat channel available on the Platform. ph2828 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

ph2828 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph2828 will provide reasonable notice to active players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph2828 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting ph2828 support.
